Dr. Muhammad Nayer M.D., P.C.

Dr. Nayer is the founder of Tri-State Neurology and Sleep Center. He is Board Certified in Neurology, Sleep Medicine and Clinical Neurophysiology. He has trained at Northwestern University and Duke University. He is licensed in Arizona, California and Nevada.

Temple Gupta PA-C

Temple Gupta, PA-C is our certified Physician Assistant in our Bullhead City Office. She has been with our practice for 6 years.

She received her training at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts. She received training in Neurology in Phoenix and re-located to our practice. She loves the area and her practice.

Temple sees patient in our Main office Monday thru Friday. She firmly believes that each of her patients deserve her full attention and knowledge. Her philosophy is that listening and caring are vital components of medical care. During your appointment with Temple, she gives you her undivided attention and really listens.

She provides quality care and genuine caring.

Scott Scheuermann

Scott Scheuermann is originally from Alabama, where he completed his training at the University of Alabama-Huntsville.

He is a Nurse Practitioner with his board certification in Adult-Geriatric Acute Care. Scott has experience working I various specialties of nursing for the last 10 years in a large hospital system in Alabama.

He has a special interest in working with older adults and takes pride in helping patient to understand the process that is being used to evaluate in their problems. From tests that are being ordered to results and medications prescribed, the most important thing to Scott is that the patient is able to understand what is going on and play an active role in their treatment and how it is carried out.
